“Decarbonization is one of the most significant challenges of the 21st century. Hydrogen holds significant promise as a key technology in achieving global climate goals. Nepal is well-positioned to produce green hydrogen due to its substantial hydropower resources and potential for expanding photovoltaics. The integration of diverse renewable energy sources for hydrogen production holds significant potential in enabling Nepal to achieve energy independence. The GH-Lab gives me the chance to work on floating PV in combination with hydropower to produce green hydrogen.”

Research Area: Economic analysis of the production of hydrogen from renewable energies in Nepal.
