Intern Research Assistant

Ms. Banjara is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (BEc-LL.B) at Kathmandu University School of Law. Her interests include legal and economic research, corporate law, regulatory frameworks, policy, and sustainable development.

At the Green Hydrogen Lab, she contributes to the legal and institutional aspects of projects by conducting research on corporate structuring and project-specific entities. She also assists in the preparation and review of corporate and compliance documents, including Memorandum and Articles of Association, and supports legal and regulatory research for the Lab’s projects.

Major Responsibilities at the Lab

  • Conducting legal research on corporate structures and project-specific entities.
  • Researching compliance requirements and policies for projects undertaken by the Lab.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of corporate and compliance documents.
  • Supporting legal and regulatory research related to Lab projects.
